Kooth is a new digital mental health support service. It gives young people easy access to an online community of peers and a team of experienced counsellors. No judgement. Kooth is a 24hr service. Check out their website here;

05. Childline
The Childline website has a lot of great information for young carers. Supporting children for over 30 years, Childline service is there to give young people a voice when no one else is listening. Whatever problems or dangers they’re facing, this is a place for them to turn for support – any time of day or night.

Thinkuknow is the education programme from NCA-CEOP, a UK organisation which protects children both online and offline. Click here
